Chocolate and Raspberry Cupcakes

Chocolate and raspberry cupcakes recipe for you, guys! I hope you will enjoy every single piece of it.

Cupcakes dough ( app. 15 cupcakes): 

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 400 gr. cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 200 gr. cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1. Whisk together flour, salt, backing powder an set aside.
2. Whisk together butter and sugar with an electric mixer, till fluffy consistency. One by one add eggs, keep one mixing, while adding eggs, than add vanilla extract. Add the half of the flour mixture,mix it properly. Follow with the second part of flour mixture.
3. Feel in the paper forms (2/3 of the form) with a prepared mixture, send it to a preheated oven for 22-24 mins (180C). Don’t open the oven while backing!
Cupcakes butter cream:
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 table spoon of sugar powder
  • 100 gr. chocolate
  • 5 teaspoons of raspberry jam

1. Mix 1 stick of butter with one tablespoon of sugar powder (till it is light and fluffy), divide the mixture into 2 parts of the same size.

2. Use one part, mix it with 5 teaspoons of raspberry jam and your raspberry frosting is ready.

3. Melt 100gr. of chocolate, wait till cools down, mix with a buttercream.

Frost cupcakes only when they are totally cooled down and enjoy your delicious cupcakes.
