Milfei Recipe in just 15 minutes

Don’t you believe me?! I promise it is a very easy and fast Milfei recipe, which will make an impression, that u baked for the whole day!

Russian version

Recipe (for 5-6 milfeis)

  • Ready Puff Pastry (I have 500 gm in a pack, 6 squares, but I just use a half)
  • Cream 150 gm. 
  • Sour Cream 200 gm. 
  • Confectioners sugar 
  • Raspberry
  • Chocolate Bar  

Getting ready puff pastry, cutting into 6 squares (6×6). Preheating oven (200C), baking prepared squares for 20 minutes. After pastry is nearly ready, getting it out and cutting into 2 parts. Putting back to the oven for another 10-15 mins.

Preparing cream:

Using the electric mixer, whisk cream, till it gets fluffy, add sour cream (do it very slowly, in portions, so the cream stays fluffy), add confectioners sugar (as much as u like it). Put the cream to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Take a pastry square, cover it with the cream, follow up with a raspberry layer. Put the second pastry square, top it with cream and raspberries, finish with a pastry square. For the chocolate milfei, melt the chocolate bar and use instead of the raspberry. Leave in the fridge for 20 mins)

      Я покупала в Rewe, банка такая круглая, как из под сметаны)))
