It’s time to get healthier and loose some weight after heavy Christmas food. I am now into smoothies and probably soon will reach 100 different recipes. The first one for beginners and those, who want to boost the day with a lot of morning energy. Smoothies are just great! They are fast, tasty and it is especially great to start your morning with a fresh glass of fruits and/or vegetables.
First recipe to start is Pineapple Papaya Smoothie!
Pineapple Papaya Smoothie recipe:
- Coconut milk -50 ml.
- Pineapple – 50 gr. (frozen)
- Papaya -30 gr. (frozen)
Mix all in a blender for a few minutes. All smoothie ingredients (fruits) should to be frozen in advance, so the consistency of the drink gets more creamy.
