I am a chocolate maniac that is why I love chocolate cheesecake. No doubts better than classical one! I hope you will enjoy my chocolate cheesecake recipe.
- Chocolate cookies 150 gr.
- Butter 150 gr.
- 4 Eggs
- Dark Chocolate 450 gr.
- Sugar 200 gr.
- Philadelphia cheese light – 4 packs.
- Cacao 2 table spoons
Dough: Chap cookies into small pieces, add 100 gr. of butter, whisk together. The dough is ready, take a pie form and fill it in (I use 26 diameter). Heat the oven (180C), bake the dough for 10 mins.
Whisk 4 egg yolks with 200gr. sugar. Add Philadelphia cheese in portions. Melt dark chocolate, when it is totally melted add cacao and 50 gr. of butter. Add chocolate slowly (in portions) to the cream, whisk slowly and mix all the ingredients properly.
Whisk 4 egg whites till it becomes totally white and fluffy, slowly add it to the cream, after the cream is ready cover the pre-baked dough. Bake for 40 minutes (temp 180C). After baking, cool down the cake till room temperature. When it is cool down totally, leave it in the fridge for couple of hours.
